Guillaume is caring, generous and ambitious.

This passionate chef has acquired significant experience in the restaurant world.

He studied at a renowned establishment in Nice, where he learned all the skills involved in being a chef.

He then went on to learn a number of cooking techniques, both classic and innovative, thanks to his experience in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in the region and abroad.

A fine gourmet, Guillaume wants to share his recipes and experience with us, in a simple, elegant way, to delight our guests’ taste buds.

Morgane, originally from Nîmes, is a sunny, warm-hearted person.

Eager to train in star-rated, renowned establishments, she decided to try her luck on the Côte d’Azur in 2017.

Proud of her 5-year career in the hotel and catering industry, she has travelled the world working in establishments such as Cheval Blanc in Saint Barth, and has spent time in New York, Shanghai and Ireland.

Having also worked at some of the finest restaurants in the region, such as Le Figuier de Saint Esprit, La Place de Mougins, La Bastide de Saint Antoine and also in Monaco at the 5* Le Métropole Monte Carlo hotel, she will be able to offer you a cosmopolitan vision of the restaurant business.

Diligent and attached to the authenticity of a job well done, Morgane is the perfect person to welcome you and take care of your meals.

With her savoir-faire and her art of the table, she punctuates a lovely score based on French tradition, played with brio by Guillaume.

Morgane is L’Agapè’s conductor, its beating heart, so to speak, and will welcome you with generosity and simplicity, and especially with her characteristic elegance.

She will introduce you to the world of Agape, which she will embody for you.
